Innovative solutions that serve the needs of all children, including the more than 93 million children globally with a disability, are vital to realizing the ideals of Sustainable Development Goal 4. With that in mind, All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development has launched the UnrestrICTed Challenge, a competition calling local and global solvers to submit expressions of interest to scale ICT for education solutions that demonstrate the highest potential to improve language and literacy for early grade children with disabilities.
