    URC, on behalf of the All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development (ACR GCD) partners—USAID, World Vision, and the Australian Government—and the Global Book Fund, is requesting proposals from organizations interested in using Bloom, the winning book-writing software sourced from the ACR GCD Enabling Writers prize competition, to develop hundreds of book titles for young children in developing countries.
